Jazz Tonight with Conrad for Monday Feb. 2 2009

It's Ground Hogs Day... Night anyway... The best way to cook these tasty little critters is to roast them over a mesquite fire on a spit after gutting them and marinating them in lime and citric juices along with garlic, rosemary and sage... Mmmmmmm.... Get a crisp on the skins and they are tasty little treats on a winters day... Do this in front of their families and their predictions will be a lot more sunnier!!!! Happy Ground Hogs day Bill Murray and Andie McDowell . . . .
