I also included readings/selections from the book "Making it On Broadway: Actor's Tales of Climbing to the Top" by David Weinir and Jodie Langel (Allworth Press, NY 2004)...reflections by actors of being nominated and/or winning a Tony. One story was by Charlotte d'Amboise, nominated for Jerome Robbins Broadway...eight years passed between that nomination and her second, for the role of Cassie in the 2007 revival of A Chorus Line. The audition/casting process for that revival is recorded in an amazing documentary "Every Little Step."
